People often disqualify themselves from any meaningful future.
They assume it’s too late… or they’ve failed too many times… for God to have any use for them in His kingdom.
But the whole point of redemption is that God has a purpose for even the greatest of sinners.
Recalling the life of the Apostle Paul makes this clear.
A familiar passage — written by Paul — says…
“By grace you have been saved through faith… (Eph. 2:8).
And goes on to point out…
We’ve been “created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we would walk in them” (Eph. 2:10).
As a consequence of this truth…
Our principle duty is not to wallow in regret over what could have been.
But to believe in the transforming power of God’s grace for today…
And get busy discovering and doing what God has for us.
He still has work for you to do.
