Every new day presents a fresh opportunity to rule over whatever God has entrusted to you.
And this should bring hope, as we believe He will use what we do for good.
But for any of the good we hope for to materialize, we must take action.
The actions any of us need to take are highly personal.
They are specific to our situation.
And can range anywhere from calling a friend to organizing your stuff to changing a habit.
And so much more.
The key is to ask God to show you what He wants you to know or do now — in the position you find yourself.
This is the starting point of every new beginning.
It’s the way of making the most of your life with God, today.
And it’s also how we experience the hope, vision and purpose that new beginnings bring.
Ask God what meaningful thing He has for you to do today.
And do it.
The mercies of the Lord are new every morning (Lam. 3:23).
