An overlooked aspect of being image-bearers of God is that He made us to create.
Meaning…
Just as He creates, we’re designed to do likewise.
This comes under His command to ‘be fruitful and multiply’ (Gen. 1:28)..
And explains why we feel dissatisfied or even guilty if we’re unproductive for a period of time.
So always make creating part of your day.
It might involve something small scale…
… like making a meal or putting a dent in a mess needing a cleanup…
To something more significant…
…. like starting a major project, building a better relationship with someone, or creating a positive influence in some area of concern.
Once you start thinking about it…
The opportunities to make something — and make a difference — start showing up everywhere.
What would God have you do today?
