God promised Abraham that all the families of the earth would be blessed through him (Gen. 12:3).
This promise finds its ultimate fulfillment in Jesus Christ, who is the seed of Abraham (Gal. 3:16).
Yet this is not the end of the story.
If you belong to Christ, you also are Abraham’s seed (Gal. 3:29).
This means you are a recipient and heir of the blessing of Abraham.
And something more…
You are an instrument of bringing God’s untold blessings to others.
A vessel through whom He does good.
Which raises the question:
How will you use your your gifts, experience, resources, opportunities, etc. to bless your world today?
God’s promise to Abraham… and His intent to bless the families of the earth through the children of Abraham… is proof God is not done with anyone who believes.
If you’re breathing… and your faith is in Christ… God has something meaningful for you to do.
And an important part of every day is figuring out what that is and doing it.
