Evil is not content to coexist.
It seeks to overcome and destroy.
It is like an aggressive cancer.
And it wants to ruin you.
This is why the Apostle Peter writes:
Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour (1 Pet. 5:8).
So in the midst of evil, don’t dally.
Take it seriously.
And resist it.
God has important business for you to accomplish with your life.
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good (Rom.12:21).
