“What is truth?”
This was the question Pilate asked Jesus during His trial.
In this conversation, Jesus related some some essential truths for all (Jn. 18:28ff):
… He is a king with a kingdom that originates beyond this world.
… He was born to testify to the truth.
… And those who are on the side of truth listen to Him.
These truths are crucial as we seek to discern truth from lies in today’s world.
If we truly want to know and live in the truth, we must align ourselves with Jesus.
Our culture is riddled with deception and lies at every turn…
And one of our greatest dangers is being led astray by them.
But if you follow Jesus, you will remain in the way of truth…
Because He is the truth!
The search for truth always begins–and ends–walking right behind Jesus.
‘Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him’ (Jn. 14:21).
