People in business understand the importance of ‘value creation.’
That is…
They know they must have a process for turning labor and resources into things that meet the needs of others.
But value creation isn’t just for those in business.
It’s for everyone.
And it goes way back to God’s declaration that we’re to “be fruitful and multiply” (Gen. 1:28).
Creating value for others doesn’t have to be complicated.
It can be as simple as encouraging someone with a phone call, inviting them to lunch, or introducing them to someone new.
So look for ways you can create value for somebody today.
This is at the heart of God’s purpose for your life.
It’s a part of serving others.
And how we fulfill the royal law found in Scripture…
“You shall love your neighbor as yourself” (Jas. 2:8).
