Make your voice matter…
We listen to people whose lives carry weight—not because they’re loud, but because they’re credible.
We call that ‘moral authority’—and it matters.
It doesn’t come from titles or platforms.
It’s earned through how you live.
It starts with walking humbly and righteously before God.
But there are other qualities that deepen it:
Love
People take notice when someone genuinely loves others.
Not with sentiment, but with sacrifice.
Love gives your words weight.
Age
Scripture tells us to honor the aged.
Those who’ve walked with God through many seasons have something to say.
But be careful: age alone isn’t a shortcut.
Don’t pull rank—live a life worthy of respect.
Suffering
When someone suffers for what’s right—and stays faithful—their voice gains power.
Pain endured for truth adds depth to your convictions.
And to your witness.
Growing in moral authority should matter to every man of God.
It sharpens our character, improves our influence, and positions us to lead well.
You don’t need to be perfect–we’ve all stumbled.
But you do need to be real.
Keep walking with God.
Lead with love.
Endure hardship with faith.
Let your life grow in light–and in influence.
“The path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day.”
—Proverbs 4:18
