Every day starts with a mini-resurrection.
As God raises us from our slumber.
And gives us another day of existence.
But with this comes something more.
An opportunity from the Spirit…
To walk in newness of life and a living hope.
The question for all is what we will do with this opportunity.
Scripture exhorts us to make the most of it when it says…
“It is high time to awake out of sleep…” (Rom.13:11).
Which means…
Shake off your spiritual lethargy…
Put away any deeds of darkness…
And walk in His light where He calls you today.
If you’re up and going, it’s time to make the most of your mini-resurrection.
“Awake, sleeper,
And arise from the dead,
And Christ will shine on you.”
~Ephesians 5:14
